4 wheel drive service issue

Hi! 
I have a 2011 Silverado 4x4 and suddenly when the 4wd was on, the 4wheel drive test appears on the information module.

then the 4 hi can move to 2h so I remove the screw for the ground under truck and after some movements return to 2h.

know when I want to put the 4h or 4L I can activate the button but it didn’t work and I can’t get back to 2H until I move the screw for the ground many times. 
I check the actuator and it works well but I tried to push with mi finger inside where the acutator goes and I can’t push more than .2 inches and it needs to be more than that. Any help!!!
