Brand new truck lower on one side?

That would only make a difference if a tire was low

Or if the spot where you put the tape measure down was lower than the surrounding area.

Or if one tire is wearing unusually faster than the others.

Again: the center of the hub is where you’ll get the most accurate measurement.

The distance from the center of the hub to the ground will only change if your tire is low, if your tire is floating in mid air, or you have a something under the tire which is under the tire but not sticking out past the tire ie, a 2" rock (not happening on any normal surface)  If the ground is lower, or there is a  pot hole there your suspension will take up that distance not your tire

I guess you could run different size tires too

Center of the hub to the bottom of your fender flare or whatever it is that you use to measure the top!

Most call it the chevy lean. They have been doing it for 20+ years.

They call it Chevy lean, but GM trucks aren't the only ones that have it. Most other brands will have some lean too.

I purchased a 2019 Silverado LD Z71, brand new. It has 240 miles on it now.

I noticed the drivers side looks lower from the back. I measured the rear fenders, and it's 1" lower on the drivers side.

What can the dealer do about this? Can the suspension be adjusted? There is zero load on it, empty bed.

Hi, Jdw3. We are happy to reach out to the dealership on your behalf to further look into this for you. If interested, please send an email to [email protected] ATTN: Jdw3/GM Trucks  with your contact information, VIN, brief description of your concern,  and preferred dealership. Our team looks forward to hearing from you. To learn more about GM's privacy policy, please visit http://bit.ly/2h3ZUnC.
