285/55/22 Nitto Ridge Grapplers

Recommended Posts

Hey Drew, thanks for the pics , truck looks great !!  so If I go with the Trail Boss lift I may have to go with the 285/50/22 `s the ridge grappler is a little taller and you have a 3 inch lift,

Another member put on the gm lift and was able to clear 285/55 r 22 ridge grapplers and had no rub and no trim. Here's a Denali with just a level, and a Chevy with the GM 2" lift.

I think the Denali rubs slightly because of the squared off fenders where the Chevy is more round

Those tires appear to be somewhat slim from this angle. Can anyone confirm if the black Trail Boss with black wheels are 285/55s or if they are smaller than that? Maybe 45 series?

Glad I found this forum... I was looking to replace the stock tires on my 2020 Sierra Denali and did not want to do a lift or leveling kit.  I ended up going with NRG's 285/50/R22 last week.  I'm happy so far.  It's a different ride from the crappy Bridgestone Alenza's.

Cheers,

JB

Anyone out there have the Nitto Ridge Grapplers  285/5022 or 285/55/22 on stock 22 inch rims? If you do I would love to see some pics, thank you.

Did you notice a difference in ride quality going to the more aggressive at tire?
