Chevy 2500 8.1 oil cooler line connector

I'm having trouble removing the oil line connector on a chevy 2500 8.1 i had an oil leak though it was the oil line ,replaced the lines with no problems.but it was the oil cooler line connector im having issues removing it. I use a breaker bar nothing then I use a air impact wrench and still nothing on the new connector there an o-ring so I look in side the one I'm having trouble removing and there is an o-ring but its made out of metal. Its not the rubber Material like the new one. So I want to call chevy dealership but there going to charge an arm or a leg. Just want to see what you guy had this problem.
