No Sound at all from speakers. 01 Silverado

Howdy, I replaced some blown speakers just over a year ago, and everything worked perfectly until this winter. For awhile it would cut in and out... then eventually it wouldn't work at all one day, and then I'd hit a bump in the road and it would start working the next. Then it has just been not working for the last few months. here. I'm currently testing all my speakers voltage, and they seem to be working, and I changed the fuses. The radio does and always has turned on....just ain't no sound.

 

Any ideas of where to start?

Sounds like the head unit is bad, or if you have an external amp it is bad
