Where to find/buy this aftermarket steering wheel?

Local dealer selling a used AT4 with this steering wheel; any of you guys know where you can buy it?  I have searched online and Ebay with no luck so far. EBay has a similar item but I like this exact model better because it is based off the stock wheel. Thank you for any help you can offer up.
