Steering rack limiters??

2016 Silverado 1500.

 

Does anyone have a spare / junk steering rack handy to take a measurement? Specifically the Outside Diameter of the shaft at the pivot inside of the boot (outboard most part of the horizontal shaft). Reason I am asking is... I just installed some steering rack limiters on my c5 Corvette to prevent rubbing. I'd like to do the same on my truck. Its super easy to do. I would just rather go into it knowing what size I need before I cut the OEM straps off the boots. Here is a few pics of my c5. You can see the white clip installed on the shaft all the way outboard. Also when did tapatalk become liberals and limit the pics and pic size.... [emoji849]
