Dash Light and Radio dim when step on brake ...and other stuff

2002 Silverado extended cab 4x4.

Step on brake with lights off: dash light dims, radio light goes off. 

Step on brake with lights on: no dimming

Step on brake with engine off:  lights left on chime sounds. Same as when you leave the light switch on but light switch is not on.

 

Just started recently. Help!
