I purchased & installed this handy $73.15 Gum Creek Vehicle Handgun Holster Model GCC-UVHHM-15-GC with Size 15 Holster & optional Vehicle Mount Adapter Model GCC-UVHHMA.

In the Vehicle Handgun Holster is my 1993 Smith and Wesson Model 442 Airweight .38 Special revolver sporting hand-cut & polished green Kirinite Eagle Grips.

That is interesting.  Ive always preferred a holster when driving to keep the gun on me and a lockbox secured with a loop to frame when needing to stow it.  I never leave a firearm in vehicle overnight.

 

If I was a delivery driver or running loads in a bad area it would be nice to have a mounted weapon rack!    But gotta keep it on you when you get out.
