I am wondering about this also.  I almost had a deal I liked before everything got shut down.

Has anyone gotten trade-in values before and after the virus hit to be able to compare?

my trade was dropping every week for last 3 weeks, but like I said I did get decent offer today verbally....now could be just to get me in the door but I will walk, already have at least 5 times.....and every offer for new truck wasn't same when I walked in the door as well.....maybe in different parts of country its different though, idk

Thinking 20% off msrp coming soon.

I just (2 hours ago) took delivery of my 2020 AT4. My deal was 18.5% off of MSRP and they did me right on my high-dollar trade vehicle.

It was very very tough to find the truck in the color and equipment I wanted. New vehicles are flying off dealer lots. Find something on a lot or inbound and lock it up.

At 2.1% money from Navy Federal, I used a little of that cheap cash along with my trade value for this deal.

Three dealers told me that 0% is only if you pay full MSRP. It is not something I would ever do regardless how long I took to pay. If someone needs to run out to 84 months you could do the math to see which is actually better for your circumstance over time between List price and the best deal you can get. But MSRP is MSRP no matter how long you take to pay of course. Hurts less, but it’s still more money when money is cheap around 2%.

In my opinion anyway..FWIW.

And I thought I got a great deal just today. My truck was $56878.00 before tax/title I got it for $47603 plus sales tax of 6% $2856 so $50459.18 OTD with 0% for 36 months plus 5 free oil and filter changes and 1 cabin filter change. Now I may or may not be able to pay this off in 36 months but while I am paying all of it goes on the principle. But I didn't get 18.5% off. Don't really care I got a one of a kind truck doing a search off 2000 miles there was 1 the 1 I bought. I would love to know where you found a 2% loan??

It's here, with some luck and having to drive 60 miles (no biggie), found my 2020 AT4 with 3.0 Duramax for ~23% off MSRP. I chose the discount over 0% financing and took the longest payoff time available which was 75 months. If you pay your vehicle off earlier than that (which I will do) my effective interest will be less than my stated APR.

Now that you have your truck the dealing is over. No need to keep looking back here. Because sooner than later a better deal will come along and you'll be wishing you waited or will you. I got what I was after and I got the best deal they would give me at that time. The oil changes and free extended factory warranty might have been worth not get a low price. In the real small print in that extended factory warranty it does say 5 years or 99999 miles which ever comes first. I have read here some say it doesn't say that mine does.

Maybe soon when they start building them again some of you will get a better deal. And if you do good for you. So far with only 850 miles on mine I love this truck. Best one I have had to date. My first LTZ. I have some other tires and wheels for it as soon as lock down is over.
