Fake sle? Where is my fog light button?

I have fogs but the headlight button doesn't depress in... Am I stupid? Secret button somewhere? Truck seems loaded so doubt they were added after not sure

That headlight button isnt setup for factory fog lights

There should be another logo in middle of button to denote fog lights but it isnt there

See if there are even harness's that run down to the lights. Maybe someone just swapped bumpers for the looks.

That makes sense the wiring doesn't look factory.. Lord knows if they even work or how to turn on then. I'll just buy a relay and tie into the headlights I guess

bro I have no idea what that thing does...I've turned it both ways lol. I have no clue how to turn fogs on

Any odd switches in the center stack? Below the HVAC/Radio?

What's the slot above the black dial?  And is there an added LED indicator I see there as well?

Turn the headlights on and see if the fogs come on. Gen5 makes a plug n play harness to add fogs that doesn’t have a switch. This seems to be the most popular way to “add” fogs. 
 

That “knob” is either a gain control for a stereo amplifier or a gain for a trailer brake controller. Looks like you might have a trailer controller under the steering wheel?

that’s the factory slot for your ID/credit/fuel/toll card. standard on all non brake controller trucks.

there is a random button not in the pic but pressing it with the truck in drive and the headlights on does nothing so..idk. The random stuff you can see in the dash pick low is a controller for the amp/sub

 

the truck doesnt even have a hitch, so if that knob is for the trailer which would make sense, it means the pulled their hitch off before trading in, which also is pretty normal

 

I found that fog/headlight harness online and might go that route, but for the price, it's just a 40a relay and a t tap so....we'll see

oh the way I read that harness, the fact it plugs into the stock headlight I assume it just used that as as switch on power for the relay so it ran with the headlights always
