Michael Berry a Houston radio guy. Has a club. He’s closing. Maybe for good. One reason. Our tax collector will not give a tax holiday. A republican. No secret I am. I call it like a see em. Favorite new pass time recently for the dems. Letting people out of jail. The biggest place of isolation know to man. Non violent waiting for their day in court fine. If you’re in stay.

Federal tax filings got extended to July 15, so this must be a state tax issue.

Watching the virus presser. Trump looks like he could go all-night. The rest man I need a chair. And all the set up questions, amazing.

The cruise industry may never recover. You hear about other viruses on cruises. I’ve been on about 30, never a problem. The self testing coming will help. I can see testing while boarding happening. Maybe parents will watch the kids at the buffet. I never used those, because of the kids mainly.

Oh brother, here we go. The headline for Houston. The mayor of Huston at 7:30 central time is going to issue a shelter in place order. There’s 800 cases in the whole state. It takes a day to drive through the state. They wonder why the stores get packed. I guess mayor Turner is jealous of the governor of New York’s air time on TV. Got to get him some. The reporters at last night’s president updated was quite comical. They can’t believe the lock down may ease soon. Listen people, you think you can do two things at once? Be cautious and go to work? I think the elderly got the message. They didn’t get elderly by being stupid.

I got an idea for all the people who want to make a fortune. Take all your forgiveness money, plus the stimulus money. Invest in the stock market you’ll be rich in about 3 months.

Today the wife finally got the message, local Martins has special 6-7 AM hours only for senior food shopping when the store has been cleaned and restocked. Told her a waste of time with 2 stocked refrigerators, freezer chests and 1000 gal of propane sitting in the ground for heating and cooking. But, she insisted she needed milk, bread and eggs. This is a rural area with only 2 positives in the County and at 6AM the half the parking lot was already filled and seniors are running around like crazy, so time for a "U" turn for home......forget the masks, gloves, shopping bags and credit card shopping.......we're going and staying home and she can make bread, use powdered eggs and open up cans of condensed milk.....don't even have to worry about toilet paper shortage with one of those pressurized ass washing toilet bowl seats........and after all the frozen, dry package and canned goods go there is always the canisters of 10 year emergency rations. ......so good until 2021 at the least.

Until this situation resolves itself - it's time for sequestering-in-place. Plan on putting my time to good use growing a beard, watching cable and DVDs, and staying out of the wife's way except for eating and conjugal purposes.

The conventional wisdom is switching to less than flu deaths. I suspected this would be the case. Once the at home testing becomes available. I suspect the case number will skyrocket. Along with mild symptoms. The positive on the medical side in regards to the flu. It was mentioned this is a bad year that’s approaching 60K deaths. Because it’s not readily reported people don’t realize they need to practice more vigorous hand washing, less hand shaking. Something I learned from lots of cruises. So the last frontier the stimulus. Here’s hoping that a rescue bill can get past without the dems setting us back to pre Trump. Leaving off restrictions and regulations that would slow down the growth that was accomplished with this President.

I think after about 7 days that ship will sale. Their may be rolling hot zones. I believe we’re about to be open for business soon. The next crisis to work on getting the oil market behaving. Trump can wave the big oil stick he accomplished with lifting regulations and tell Russia and others settle down.

We are going to risk our lives today.

Going into the big town 60 miles from us.

Doing a kitchen remodel so need to take care of some business.

Also some shopping being we are there.

If this is my last post you know the result.
