Funny is, if you trace the Flu/Cold around the globe, 'Rona seems to follow the same path.  For example, Australia and New Zeland, what 2 gems, not a single case, closed the borders, NZ Jacinda Arden, the Kiwi's savior...  well, take note, while in the Northern Hemisphere was in winter, positive cases on the rise.  Now, the Southern Hemi is on their winter cycle and they are

 

Mates, Guys... the 'Rona behaves like a flu.  Treat it as such.  We will rise again as soon winter arrive and why is that?  Less Sun, less Vitamin D.  Eating crap, less Zinc and Vitamin C.  Specially the associated sweets that comes with the holidays.

 

I bet, mark my words, as soon we start hitting winter, the Aussies and Kiwis will see improvements.

 

 

Oh, by the way... we are on a decline of Flu, Pneumonia, even Motor Accidents deaths, they are getting cataloged as 'Rona as long the test is positive and nobody bothers to check or care.

I'm glad you're seeing appropriate safety precautions on your travels, Karnut.    Davester is correct that mask wearing is not the "silver bullet."  Seeing a lot of people wearing masks while infection rates climb  will not mean masks are ineffective.  However, individuals who voluntarily wear a mask are striving to do their part to slow the spread and should be respected for their efforts and care for their fellow citizens.  If the majority of people wore masks properly when social distancing is not possible, washed hands frequently,  and stayed home when feeling ill,  infection rates will slow.   Making no effort or undermining the positive efforts of others are definitely ineffective in fighting the spread of this virus.

So we can take the outbreak in Brazil as undeniable proof that HCQ doesn’t work. But it is somehow not proof that masks don’t work, even though their population uses them more often than just about any other country? I have trouble keeping up with what some of you consider to be “reason”.

I’m doing my part even if I’m somewhat skeptical. Some people on here following the my way or the highway model. Even resorting to name calling. I can find noted doctors on both sides of the argument. Noted how you were responded to by one of those name callers. The difference between me an the name callers I can be swayed. The news organizations that push shut downs. Are the same ones who report on the continued ( peaceful) protesters. It’s hard to take them seriously about covid.

Guys,Guys!  You just read my gibberish and put no validity into it!  I already explained to you the purpose of the MASKS!  Your not slowing the SPREAD!  OnTheReel posts shows country polling of mask use I assume?  Which is more anecdotal evidence of mask spread!  I already referenced the "SHIPS" there is no parsing that data...for you astute statisticians!  The viral inoculum is proportional to severity of disease state on patient. The severity of that disease is proportional to immune response and memory response is too...some will go 4 weeks...most 3months others that BATTLED THE NASTY go 9months.

 

There is much disinformation on these pages so understand your mask contributes to SPREAD!  Stay away from older people esp. 80+ MASK or NOT your endangering those people because most live sedentary lifestyles and little to no interactions with others and their "memory" has all but faded on Similar Corona like strains....

 

For those of you counting the "New Cases" keep counting you don't know what data your looking at anyway........the "Herd immunity" factoring is already very apparent and those looking for 80% have not the medical background to disseminate the immune system and virus it's complicated and even more so now....so please stop! 

 

Abhorrent behavior is just as much Donning the Mask as it is Doffing the mask......I know your smart....and your waiting for the "Vaccine"  umm, "OK" may or may not work for you?  But you will never know the difference anyway?  That is the comical part more than likely by the time it comes to take your "Vaccine" you already had your Asymptomatic Covid-19 Battle now your taking a hurriedly mfg'd vaccine with about as much known about the Covid Vaccine as the virus itself and will clearly last 6-9 months!!!  The memory from your Asymptomatic infection would have done that all on it's own......POOP,POOR little guy as GOVT tells your what's best for you and your FAMILY...LOL
