Actually easier and less confusing, "one" message for everyone at the same time.  This can work with a company of just employees, which is basically what an installation is about.  However,  this model definitely won't work for a business with customers, they'll just go shop somewhere else.

I just meant less strict in that I don't think anyone will be escorted off site if they forget their mask.

You're right about it being nice not having the general public come into your workplace.

No argument there, you have 2 options.  You will be asked to leave or you will be forced to leave.  Very seldom folks have to be forced to leave because they have a vested interest in being on the installation.  Although there are 250 cops in a 5 square mile working space, an employee's supervisor is normally called to handle forcing someone to depart.  A cop is on standby, but not needed to remove someone for not wearing a mask.

Florida WOW. Exactly one county, Liberty, qualifies for continued reopening by the states own guidlines and yet???  These guys are in worse shape now then at their previous peak. I see they are not alone either. Just easiest to get information on.

In my area it looks like pre-COVID-19 days. People ignoring the signs on the doors and huddled together like it was 10 below zero. Except Walmart. No mask, no entry.

Texas / California looks like a fun places right now.

Know which states are not on the rise? New York Pact states. Interesting.

The chart in the link is more than likely inaccurate, Florida's numbers are probably between 25-50% worse.  I've seen that chart and it was easy to obtain because it's not sanctioned by a government, it was created by a private citizen scientist.  She created it to give Florida residents an idea of covid numbers after being fired because she didn't want to falsify or manipulate the numbers requested by the governor.

Walmart and other big box stores in my California county are enforcing social distancing and make masks optional.  I'm not surprised about NY, the citizens did a great job.  Governor's should be asking Cuomo for a blueprint.  I'm also not surprised about California, just too much sun, beaches, and people.

That is interesting considering the amount of protests /riots on their streets. Do you think they’ve approached herd immunity, or is the virus not as easy to spread as we’ve been led to believe? Those are the only two explanations because they aren’t social distancing. At all. And haven’t been for close to two weeks as demonstrations have gone on.

Photos are from yesterday in Brooklyn at the “black trans liberation march”...

If the virus still needs to be taken seriously (which I think it does to a reasonable extent), liberal leaders need to grow some balls and stand up to their crackpot base like they stood up to all the business owners who have subsequently lost everything. And the folks who couldn’t visit their dying relatives or give a proper funeral. How must those people feel when they see these photos?

A political hack threatens local businesses while essentially giving the nod to the protests above. If we take the threat of the virus seriously, that’s the only conclusion to how one gets a pass and the other doesn’t.

Read the FDA just revoked the EUA for hydroxychloroquine.  Everyone (almost everyone) was saying there was just not enough data to support the use for covid.

Some folks talk out of both sides of their neck.  They say social distancing and masks was a conspiracy, now it's a problem with no social distancing or masks protests?  C'mon man!

Lack of social distancing and masks was a problem then, and is still a problem now.

I agree 100% that democrats are talking out of both sides of their necks and it’s been a major catalyst for conspiracy theories. I don’t know how many examples of hypocrisy and political hackery one needs to post. But these figures applying the rules unevenly casts doubt over everything we’ve done for 3 months.

If you read my post, you’d see that the real issue is not that they are protesting, it’s that they are not being subject to the same media and governmental scrutiny the “open up” protests were. If someone wants to open their business up, they are called a homicidal maniac by the same people who are fine with the protests.

I’d say sooner or later we’ll find out if these protestors get sick, but I’d be wrong. They aren’t even asking them!

California governor said earlier today that increased testing at centers are not adding to positive cases.  This would suggest new cases walking into hospitals are currently the cause for the slight incline in positives.

No increase in positives with increased testing is allowing me to be flexible to visit more establishments.
