Plow Package Pass Through Hole

My new 2500HD is equipped with the plow package.  Included in this package is a pass through dash grommet hole to pass wiring through the firewall to the interior.  It's said to be on the driver side of the truck under the dash but I haven't found any pictures or diagrams of the location.  Have any of you found or used this hole?  Having a better understanding of where it's at before I start looking could save some time.  I'm all ears!
