Nav Voice Won't Turn Off

I used navigation for the first time today to route myself home. I got turn by turn directions with voice prompts, which was OK for a time, however I found that could not disable the voice prompts. I found voice controls in settings and tried 'Tone Only' and 'None' but the voice prompts kept playing. Tried several times with each option with no luck. Any ideas?

Pretty sure there is a speaker icon on the Nav screen. Tap that and a slash will go thru it telling you it’s Muted.

OK, I looked that up in the infotainment manual and it does show the speaker when guidance is working.  I'll look for that when I'm in the truck. Thank you for the response!
