Smallest level lift required for 305 45 22's

What is the smallest amount of level I would need to run 305 45 22s? 1"? 1.5"?

Would really prefer to just leave this truck stock but really like how that tire looks and they're a cheaper tire as well.

They will fit without a leveling kit if on the factory wheels. They are just under a 33 which the factory 20 is a 33.

They will fit without any level. I have that size on my 2016 Yukon with the OEM 22s no lift no level; the new body style trucks can fit even more.

How's the ride and traction with this size?

They fit on mine without the level.   I have since put the level on because it looks better.

 

I think they ride much better than the street tires that came on the truck.

I have not really checked it since I leveled it, but haven't noticed much of a difference.
