WTB: 03-06 Y-Pipe Flange

[1999Silverado]

I am looking for an 03-06 5.3L Y-Pipe ball flange. I have attached a file with the area that I need in red outline. I had the CAT back exhaust replaced 3 years ago. The guy that did it, cut the flange off the Y-Pipe and welded in a piece of straight pipe (see the 2nd picture). I didn't realize this until the muffler started to rust away and I started researching replacement parts.

 

I have tried a few junkyards but most of them don't want to bother with a small piece of exhaust while other ones just don't have any. There is a ball flange replacement kit out there by Bear River Converters FX8033 but it doesn't seem to be available any more.
