I have an 02 chevy avalanche; sometimes my gages work..other times they dont work at all or they trip back and forth real fast. I have read it could be the gages need replaced..ignition switch needs changed or cluster reprogrammed. Opinions/suggestions?

My 02 Avalanche does the with the oil pressure gauge. My 04GMC bought new lost the speedometer. It’s the instrument cluster. There was a recall on those later. After I paid to get it fixed and traded it in.
