2020 Exhaust

First post. Been looking everywhere but unable to find any help. I have a 2020 trail boss with the 5.3. I have the factory duals. Nobody lists many options for the 2020. Are the 2019s the same pipe-wise? Im looking to just swap out the muffler. Unfortunately no local exhaust shops will touch it unless i use their mufflers they buy. Most use cherry bombs in my area.

Welcome. No difference between 19 and 20 exhaust wise. There are plenty of exhaust threads in the exhaust section across the whole spectrum: cat-backs, muffler swaps, flappers etc. This is one of them: 

If you are going for just muffler swap, i would suggest you read through a few of the exhaust threads so you don't repeat mistakes some have made. Best of luck.

Yeah ive read everything I could possibly find on here. So many different possibilities. Ive actually already covered the "resonators" to see what would happen. Ive always had flowmaster mufflers in the past on all of my Chevy trucks. Kinda want to go the same route.

I'll try clamping the flapper open. I actually never even noticed it and wondered what everyone was talking about lol.
