Deaver Mini-pack 1” Lift

Recommended Posts

Finally found someone who sells a Deaver mini pack for 1” of rear lift for the new trucks:

Trying to put some rake back into it after leveling the truck. After adding ICON coil overs up front, about 1.5” lift in the front, the truck squats with any sort of load in the back. I also have an ARE topper on the truck bed, which adds 200-300 lbs to the regular load.

I can also lower the ICONS another 1/2” about in the front, by removing all of the preload on the springs.

Anyone have any experience with these?

They do not include new U-bolts.

Be careful lowering if you have larger tires they will rub. As far as rake get bags cheap fix and you won’t lose your ride

believe he is trying to raise the back not lower it.....

@Flatblack83

$1200 + labor is an unnecessary upgrade at this time IMO. I just dropped a bunch of money on the ICON stage 1 kit.

I’d like to get a bit more use out of the factory leaf springs. But the full replacement is a good idea down the line...

I was just looking for good alternatives, as the GMC doesn’t have a 1” block kit with U-bolts for the new body 1500s. They do sell a kit for the old body, but have said it may not work with the new body...

Was also considering road master active suspension or any other recommended accessory to help keep the truck level when it’s loaded. I don’t tow or anything like that.

thanks tho!
