2019 that leaked.  Had the TSB done last week, and took it through the car wash the next day... It has not leaked yet.  It is supposed to rain all day tomorrow, so I will check it again.

Not sure if this would be a helpful question rather than just a curiosity question. I would like to see how many of these pollsters have went 1,2,3,4 times for the window leak. I am on my 3rd back glass and have had the truck a year.

My 2016 had the XM antenna leak and then the rear high stop light.  Both were obvious once the headliner had water stains!  I'm trading it in on a 2021 and already dreading this issue.  Maybe I missed it, but can somebody describe where to look for the rear window leak?

Sounds like there is skepticism on the fix.  Anyone know if it is a design or assembly issue?  Seems unclear or ignored by GM if new vehicles can still have the problem.

Just got home from won't the truck at one of those DIY places with high pressure sprayers. When I got home I checked for leaks. Almost at 14,000 miles in 9 month. Still no leaks.

Just came across this again after testing it several times with no leak and washed my truck not to long after seeing this poll, now it's leaking on the passenger side. I don't see any damage to the headliner, or carpet on inspection just a small leak from the rail for the slider.

The truck is a 1/20 build Silverado RST with rear slider and defrost.

I also noticed 9 cracks, yes NINE CRACKS!, on the rail visible from the inside of the truck when looking at the slider from the passenger side.

I never go in that seat so I don't know when it started, all I know is the last time I inspected it was in February/March of this year with no cracks or leak and now yesterday found them. Hopefully it just started and this is resolved quickly.

I hope the dealer can see it today so it can get parked inside or plastic covered, they have to call me to schedule it because of the potential service time, can't just walk in unfortunately.

Ugh. Fingers crossed that it will be replaced due to being able to see cracks and the new bolts installed for the spoiler since they aren't reusable.

I'll try to post a picture but they all come out like garbage and the camera doesn't do it justice they are horrendous to see. Amazing how a phone that retails at 1k can't focus or flash appropriately on close up pictures.Snapchat-1517485485.thumb.jpg.38461f4374625fae60bea8cb6990c2b4.jpg

2021 with sliding rear window, no leaks. Has been through many automatic car washes in the last 5 months.

Mine either. But it sure makes a rattling noise when open......anyone else experienced this?

I just picked up my 2021 just about 2 weeks ago, and I have found water droplets inside on the slider rail & seat twice so far after sitting in heavy rain.  Guess a dealer visit is coming soon...

Had a 2019, mine leaked on. both sides of the window rails (I had the power sliding window).  Took it in to the dealership, ironically on a very rainy day, and they got it fixed right up.  Pretty much had to pull the window completely out and reseal everything, reinstall, and done.  No issues up until the day I traded it in.

My 2019 has now developed a leak on the third window that’s been in this truck. The first window leaked when I bought it(didn’t see it because I picked it up at night) the second window leaked 6 months after the first window had TSB done 3 times and finally replaced after over 100 days waiting , and now the third window is leaking and has stained the headliner(which was replaced at the efforts window change out. Dealership told me on the phone that my truck has a factory defect and I should just get rid of it and buy another. GM Executive customer service has been horrible to deal with every time.
