Curiuos About New Motor And Oil

As I have posted before we bought our first new vehilce.

So my question is to this crowd.

There are quite a few on here who have bought new vehilces so looking for info from them.

 

After changing the oil and filter in our new car the oil is dirty with less than 300 miles.

By dirty I mean this, it's all I have to relate to.

 

In my experiance the oil would stay pretty clean until higher mileage in our previous used vehicles. 

Motor broke in.

The oil would start looking dirty about 1200 - 1500 miles.

The truck sooner of course if I towed.

 

So is this normal for a new engine to have the oil get dirty faster being the motor is breaking in?

This is the only reason I can come up with.

Or do you think It's because it's a GDI turbo motor, or both.

 

It's not a big deal because I will change it early and I will do 3 K OCI's. 

Just curious on others thoughts.
