Well, you didn't say you looked in your manual, it has the torque value, and it comes with your truck.

 

In the future, you might consider downloading the PDF of the manual, and use a pdf viewer to make searching for information in it a bit easier, if what you are looking for isn't in the index.

Don't know what yellow glue you are talking about.  I have never seen yellow glue on wheel studs.
