Rear cig lighter fuse???

No power to the rear cig lighter in the back of the console. The front 2 have power. Where is the fuse for this 1. Cant find the bad fuse. 15 silverado high country 2500

Stupid question -- is the truck running?

The 12v ports in the rear of the console are not powered when the engine is off (but the front ones are, not sure why GM did it this way).

Im pretty sure i checked with truck running. Im adding headrest monitors and wanted to tap for 12v.
