2" Drop Shackles on 2020 Silverado 1500

I had a pair of Belltech drop shackles installed this morning. I was going to do it myself but it's cold outside and the place I bought them said they would only charge me 50 bucks to do it.

It only dropped it about an inch but it leveled it out and I like it!

No 1 is before, 2 is before, 3 is after and 4 is after.

Should've dropped it more than an inch. Did you have 2 adjustment holes? Now, find a level brick wall and lower the headlights. Don't wanna blind oncoming drivers.

I'm sure it dropped it 2" at the back bumper. You get the other inch at the rear wheel well when you drop the front 2". It's a geometry thing

You are right. Same thing on my 2014 Silverado. About an inch at the fender and a couple at the rear bumper.

Have you experienced any vibration at lower speeds with shackles? Just received Maxtrac shackles for my '20 RST but am scared to get installed after reading about vibration.

Just get some shims if it does. I have some ready to go when I finally install my shackles in case I get some vibs. I've seen some guys rotate the factory ones 180* if they have them. You might have to play the the degrees of the shim to get the angle right. I'm gona start with 2* should I need them and go from there.
