An update about my case with gm. On my third case number and second case manager. Every call to my case manager goes straight to voicemail with no return calls for over a week. Have called the customer service and asked for a supervisor for four days without any call back. I guess it's time for an attorney.

This just happened to a friend of mine! His 2020 Silverado - parked at his house - started on fire. Burned out the entire cab. GM telling him and the dealership they won’t do anything. Truck is 6 months old for goodness sake! There us clearly a serious risk of fire. You’d think gm would want to check it out to see if it’s a design flaw or an isolated incident. Thank god no one was hurt and the truck was parked outside in the driveway!
