Engine oil fill tube

My 2020 GMC 2500 HD Denali  6.6 Duramax diesel  engine oil fill tube is two piece .........it is tight at the engine ....a little oil stained at the engine.....but....the tube at the center section can slightly move....no leak.....but loose.

 

the truck has 1000 miles on it

 

Can someone check theirs and see if this is normal please

no oil has been added .
