02 Sierra airbag light /odb 2 port

So my air bag light was coming on and off and now it seems to stay on. Flashes 7-8 times and stays on . Plus my odb port was working 3-4 weeks ago and now I can’t connect , has power and ground 

i changed the impact sensor by the bumper but the light still stays on .  I checked under the seat and the wires look okay . My horn hasn’t worked for a very long time and didn’t seem to effect the airbag light 

I’m thinking it’s the clock spring. Question do you guys think it would effect the odb port.

Same problem on here, just the other day,no communication on obd port,a module was defective, unplug module,see if you get communication back, yours is pointing to srs module,go on my airbags.com for safety procedure to disconnect
