Is warranty worth it for 2020 Sierra?

Wait for a year and see if your rear window leaks, or other issues pop up like accidents or other mechanical issues. I usually wait till just before the base warranty is up to decide if I want to keep it long term and buy a warranty.

I've turned down almost $40,000 worth of extended warranties over the years.  The amount of unanticipated repairs I've had during that time...about $400.  I find them to be a complete waste of money.  To put it in perspective, I've saved more by not buying extended warranties than I paid for my 2016 LTZ, and I bought it brand new.

Wow, when you look at it that way.

i think I’m around 15k of turned down warranties with 0 out of pocket, but I’m know to keep my vehicles around 3 years.
