My truck is 2016 Denali White Frost Tricoat but I can paint bumper if not a match. No deep scratches or dents... located near or within 200 miles of DFW, TX preferred. No Chrome bumpers please.

 

Please be clear if includes black plastic inserts or cover. Would appreciate detail pics.
