Popped up driving down the highway on Thursday. Cleared it and it came back on Friday.

Have ~78,500 miles and had afm failure about 4,000 miles ago. I feel like my mpgs have been down since that repair, but I have no real evidence.

Taking the truck in Monday for them to do what they do for warranty claims. Should be covered by the federally mandated warranty on emissions equipment. Hopefully, they don't take a month again.

Since the cat is likely bad, should I take the opportunity to run some crc cleaner for the valves?

I wonder if I can sneak an exhaust past my wife on this one.... :-D

Hollow out the cats and then get a tune to delete the monitors or run simulators [emoji41] Head ache delete kit. Im getting the same thing in my C5 after high flow cats. Exhaust flows too fast for the cats to do their job so the down stream reads like the cat is bad.

The crc cleaner seems like a good idea regardless. I am going to try it in mine. I only have 36k miles on my '16. May do a catch can once I do the crc too.

Heh, I'd love to but it's my daily. My days of gutting cats and straight pipes went with my 5.0.

...God, I miss that car.
