AC Delco Vacuum Pump #12669488.  Purchased from Rock Auto, but beyond return period.  Was planning to install myself just before the GM recall was issued.  Now OOS for several suppliers.

 

Per the GM website: fits 2014-2019 Sierra 1500 or Silverado 1500.   Mine has the 5.3, confirm your application.
