6" Lift with Stock 20's

Recommended Posts

Anyone have pictures of a 6" lift with stock 20's or even 22's. You have to run wheel spacers? Aftermarket UCA's? What tires are you running? How bad do you rub? Able to fit 37's? Re-gear? What lift? Really want to keep the stock wheels as I like them better than any aftermarket wheels, but I literally haven't seen one person running this setup. Why not? Again, I don't know a ton about lifts on these half tons so TIA.

No spacers. Rubs a little a full lock in reverse c872ebfd5c3912faf933771c46a9401b.jpg2b973ba90b11c74ee0dd323debff1d9d.plist

Sick truck truck man. That looks great. You have any shots from straight on or from behind? Why did you go with 35's instead of 37's? Any idea if 37's would fit? Thanks again, exactly what I was looking for and it looks badass! Any regrets or things you'd do differently size wise? Lift height/tire size?

37s won’t fit on the GMC with 6in BDS. Silverado only according to the website. These 35s still hit the back of wheel well when 1/4 turned hitting good bump. I like the height and still rides good but I would like the tires to stick out some. Ordering 20x9 with +0 offset soon. Will probably rub more on the back once I do this. It puts the back spacing out of the BDS fitment by .25in. Also want to move to a full coil over and rear reservoir shocks. BDS kit uses factory control arms and spacers. 7a528c290a898defaf8b34db0c51f94f.plist

What about wheel spacers? And how is that alignment with the stock UCA's.

Thanks again for answering all these questions and the pictures. Makes the decision that much easier.
