I could try plugging it myself....But then what would the road-hazard warranty be good for then?

Besides, these tires are wearing like a$$, and since they are the ones who installed them, and did the alignment...I might be able to get another set on the cheap.

Wing,

When you say they are wearing like a$$ is it because of the alignment or is it the nature of the Nitto Terra Grappler?

I was looking into the Nittos, but if they wear too quickly, might have to look around.

I don't know why they are wearing funny. The alignment doesn't seem to be off.

I love the tires, but I doubt they will last the 40k that I would expect out of a quality tire.

Like I said, it might be the truck. My next door neighbor has Bridgestone Duellers (285s) with less than 20k on them, and they are about bald. Others here on this board with identical trucks, and the same tires are reporting them wearing like iron.

I hope it's just the tires, as I don't feel like dropping over 600 bones on tires every 10k miles because I have a freak for a truck.

Oh yeah...The original Crapstone tires that came on it, didn't last to 30k miles, and there are people here that had them last to 60k.

Basically what I'm telling you is......well......Nothing. :) The jury is still out.
