Ran it to the side marker fuse so they come on when they come on.

I picked up the lights from O'reilly last night.  Did you find they were significantly brighter after install?  I was a bit underwhelmed by the box demo.  I just wanted to confirm before I tear in to the packaging.

Maybe the batteries in the demo box are low?  I had the opposite effect, the lights in the package were very bright but being driven by two 9-volt batteries so really over driven, they are not quite as bright wired into the truck in my case.

Really bright on the truck i ended up adding a layer of smoke tint so they match the side markers intensity.

Install mine in the same location. Turns on with the truck on and wired to where one of my homelink button can turn them off if desired.

Looks great! Could you provide some detail on wiring to the homelink button?

Wire the grille light to a DC RF wireless remote switch, once completed and functioning properly pair the RF remote with the homelink like you would when pairing homelink with your garage opener.

I installed a set of the O'Reilly LED and it was pretty simple and look good. I tapped fuse 42. The issue I'm having is that they turn on when I unlock the truck and start the truck but they turn off a few minutes later. From what I gather fuse #42 and #34 are for parking lamps. Anyone having this issue? I will attempt to tap fuse #40 misc. ignition to see if they stay on.
