2020 Sierra 1500 AT4 / 7 pin trailer connector truck side.

Hello, I recently bought a new sierra 1500 year 2020 with the technology package. My boat trailer lights are not constant. I bought a truck side 7 pin trailer tester from Curt. It demonstrates that internmentant issues on the truck side. I took the truck back twice to the GMC dealership and they say they use a gm certified $200 tester and they state the truck is fine. Any thoughts?

Are you using a 7/4 adapter or does your boat trailer have a 7pin connector?

Hey! My boat trailer has a 5 flat. I use an adapter to the  7 pin adapter truck. Boat trailer has surge breaks. I had no issues with my ram 3500 I traded in.

My other truck that I had no issues with which was a ram 3500.
