Exhaust with Body Lift

I have pretty much decided on getting a body lift for my 99 Silverado in the spring. Today I was rotating the tires and noticed that if the body goes up much higher, I will be able to see my Flowmaster from the side. It looks like it would hang lower than the rocker panel. Anyone have to have their exhaust rebent so this doesnt happen?? any pics?? Thanks
