I know I have: headers and y pipe, tail lights, 3rd brake light, fuse box, IP switches, mirrors and harness, front shocks, rear shackles and intake box and tubes. May few other small things

TB end for L86 is 3.875” vs 3.5” on the L83...hence why the intakes have different part numbers.

Airbox and filter is the same 5.3 and 6.2.  The tube is the only difference.

Why do you need one? I made my 5.3 stock tube work on the l86 throttle body
