Question
Jim O'Connor
I have a 2019 Chevy Colorado, ended up having it towed back to the dealer. 10613 miles on it and it stalled on a major highway. would start again after what seemed like excessive cranking run for a while and stall again. once started, I can shut it off and it will start right back up. However, put in gear and go for a bit and it will shut itself off again. I limped it off the major highway to a safer location. check engine light did come on. I figured I would disconnect and reconnect the battery. Engine started, check engine light did go off. However, same behavior, engine will run, put it in drive and it will go for a bit and then engine will shut off. behaves the same in 2w, auto and 4wd. Any ideas? 2019 chevy colorado z71 3.6l 4wd crew cab.
