Do non-Z71/X31 packages without 4L have a locking differential? 
 

I didn’t realize my truck came without 4L. Hope to never need it, but was quite disappointed to have only the single speed transfer case.

Check your build sheet/list of RPO codes, it should list G80 somewhere on it if the truck came with the g80 locker.
