New here 2017 going to a 2020 truck Questions

Recommended Posts

I have 2017 chevy truck bought out of need and I don't love it. So looking to order a 2020 that I do love

I'm new here I have been reading here for 3 weeks. My truck I bought out of desperation had just wrecked my 2002 Chevy truck which I loved. Never once did that truck let me down not once and it had 171000 miles. So I bought this 2017 black on black as close as I could get to my 02, leather, tow package. I just have never loved it. So now I'm going to order a 2020 like I want it more like what I had just more tech out. And I will be trying to sell my 2017 with 34000 miles on it. Should I get near what dealers are asking? or near what Kelly's blue book says? or am I going to take a bath?  I paid before tax $49671.00 and I know what I paid has little to do with what I will get now.

I have questions I have been unable to find here.

1-The biggest question I have asked 10 people that should know the answer and the answer is about a 50/50 split. WILL a EXTANG hard cover from a 2017 Chevy Truck fit a 2020 Chevy Truck I measured both there is about an inch different in length???????????????????????????????

2- My 2017 does not pull very well is it the 3.42 rear or the 5.3 engine or the transmission??????????????

The 2020 will have the same rear end but with the 6.2 engine will this be better??????

3- Can I get a CD player in the 2020??

#1...don't forget that any tonneau cover can impact the tailgate operation if it is remote release as GM suggests no restrictions to the top of the tailgate .....just an FYI
