I just saw the 2019 on top of the page. Ok then still valve cover to cover. Out the css to in on can then out can to manifold. If you wish the other port can be a out to the intake tube port. Just doubles the vacuum. Now oil has to travel through the css to the catch can then into the engine.

Way tou have it the can isn't even cleaning the blow by on the driver cover and the passenger doesn't port.
Simple idea is all dirty lines go to can. Only need one good vaccum and best one in top of manifold. My way you clean it twice.

Then what is the best way with a css?  If you can draw a diagram, I can talk to UPR.  But with the OWVs the css is pulling from the oil fill.

That's two positive and a negative.  Itd be pulling from pass valve to dr valve to css.  I think your not taking into account the one way valves.

What do you mean? I understand it is pulling from passenger. Other way is sharing the drivers with a Y. But you are reducing the a available seperator at this point for the passenger side. And size and restrictions apply.
On a na vehicle the check valves are useless even possibly hurt it. On a boost they close so it doesn't pressurize with back feed.
If you open the can the ports are nothing more then just 3 holes so in and out can be how you like. But again best vacuum is behind the TB.
On my setup now I have the T in the driver right on the port. Mounted so it is smooth in line with the huge hose to tank but also the CSS. So I get 3 valve cover ports. Then a can for valley cover.
Also don't think you are going to get good answers from shops or upr. I have seen them tell people wrong before. It works but not as good as it can. I redid mine 3 times last was to increase breathing under max boost. Elite had no idea how to set it up. I looked to the 1000hp boost builds and saw they have breather tanks and cans. Has to do with the vacuum actually being a performance gain, as you see some race cars with belt driven vaccum pumps to the valve cover.
