2014 Silverado braking jolt

When I am almost at a stop I have a real hard like clunk happening. It occurs when the motor downshifts from 2-1. Problem happens every time I stop. 
I don’t know if there is a fix or what it is

can anyone help me out with a solution or steer me in the right way

So even since it’s a 2014 with 108000 miles. I shouldn’t be to concerned?  Everything I read points to learning and adjusting to my driving habits. Took back to dealer and they reset and  checked for updates on the computer. Just don’t want to ended up with having to get a new transmission since I just purchased the truck. Transmission runs smooth other then the jolt on downshift 2-1 gear

Just purchased the truck last week and was told to drive it about 300-5000 miles so the computer would learn my driving habits

No.... go have the transmission fluid changed. Or at least check to see what color it is. It should be red.

Having the fluid changed isn't going to hurt the transmission.

I had a '14 5.3 and now an '18 6.2. They both did the exact same thing.

Mines never done any of that, 2014 Silverado CrewCab 82,xxx miles right now

My 2014 with 110k miles doesn't do this. I have changed the fluid and filter at around 65k. Since then I have changed a gallon of trans fluid every 15k just to keep it fresh and clean.
