Compromise on Interior Color for Other Options?

Hey all,

 

I am in the market for a 2019 Sierra and there are some killer deals to be had right now. Seems since the 19's are on the way out I can't find the exact truck I am looking for so I'll have to compromise a little. Ideally I'd like to get a White Frost SLT with Sunroof, Dark Walnut Interior and Driver Alert Package, but can't find that so the two options are as follows:

 

Truck 1: 

 

White Frost, Sunroof, Driver Alert Package and Black Interior

 

or 

 

Truck 2:

 

Summit White, No Sunroof, No Driver Alert Package and Dark Walnut Interior

 

I can live without the Sunroof, but is the Driver Alert Package worth it? I won't use the lane departure, but its nice to have the side monitor and front parking sensors.

 

Would you guys compromise on interior color to get a few other options? 

 

I currently have a 2014 White Diamond Tricoat Sierra with a black interior, which is why I was looking to switch it up and not get the identical truck in a 2019.

Personally, I don't have the Driver Alert package on my RST and don't miss it one bit. That's just me. I really like my black interior, too. 

 

I think the White Frost is a better paint than the Summit White. It looks better, too. I guess that's why they charge you more for it.

 

So if it were me, I would sacrifice the walnut interior, get the nicer paint color, sun roof and extra safety package.

This is really a personal decision  as you know.  Personally, I'd be more flexible on the exterior colour than the other options.  My current truck is pretty boring on the outside, but the interior makes me proud.

I would go option 1 since I love black interiors and prefer them as they age better.  Also, I have the drivers alert package and absolutely love it.  Admittedly, it wasn't a requirement of mine but since it came with my truck, I can't imagine not having it now.  I think you can check option one as long as you're ok with a black interior.  Good luck.

See if your dealer can fetch you the one you want. I honestly don't care for a sunroof but the Driver Alert Package I absolutely like and use all the time!
