Radio lost sound

On my 2019 Sierra SLT my radio quit working at 1,000 miles. Has anyone had a similar issue? No sound from: FM, XM, Bluetooth streaming, or phone. Been at the stealership for over a week with no repair yet. Truck lasted me 2 weeks and now is at the shop. Only one GMC dealership in my area and to say they are lacking is an understatement. Already contacted GM rep to see if they can help.

Happened to mine at 800 miles. Shut truck down and it all came back so might be nothing. 1000 miles lost sound again but screen went black this time. All came back around 3 minutes with no shut down.

I shut it down and started it a few times with no change.

I don't understand what the hold up is. At this point they just need to give you a new infotainment unit.

I figured this should be a quick fix. Dealer sucks to start with. Then service tech tells me that even once the tech diagnosed it I will be forced to wait on parts due to the strike delaying on parts. So no remedy in sight for me. Regretting my decision to trade in an 11 year old truck that never went into a stealership.

Update. 16 days to replace an amp. With not a one phone call returned
