Just curious, is there a way to change tire pressure to PSI but leave everything else metric?

No I don't believe so.

Our country is so messed up for units.

if it makes it any easier,  a rough estimate is.....kpa divided by 7 = psi

or multiply by 14.7 and divide by 100.

One of the few things i miss about my 2019 ram. You were able to set individual things to different units.

Same with my F150...but I like almost everything else about the Chevy better.

I with ya on that. A lot easier a long time ago to do tire sizes now they went to that metric crap. Loved the ol 42x14.50x16 numbers I had on my 87 Silverado

Here in canada we measure;

- distance in metres and kilometres

- temperature in celcius

- pressure in both kpa and psi

- lumber in standard feet/inches

You have to know them all to keep up lol

The refinery I work at is old enough that all the process equipment is in imperial but our lab is working in metric. Gets very confusing trying to figure out if the freeze point of the jet fuel is on spec or not.
