Loss of communication is my issue, set several different codes.

Could be a glitch, or a pushed out pin on a connector....time will tell

What did you find out? I work at a dealership and have a customer that is having a similar issue. Truck won't recognize key to start. 20 minutes later will start but has codes for loss of communication. Next morning the codes reset.

Nothing so far.

Had a scheduled appt. a week ago, nothing could be found, nothing in history.

Light came back on yesterday, I was only 20min from dealer.

Read the truck, loss of communication in several modules, truck couldn't see it's own wifi, XM had complete loss of signal. Tech was scratching his head, said he was going to call tech line for an answer where to go next. I have not got the call back for resolution.

Any updates on the cel issue? I had mine come on at 3800 miles, went to dealer and they said "no codes came up" and reset the light/ also needed a reflashed ecu per dealer but that was unrelated to the cel? After driving 20 miles the CEL is back on.

It’s funny you should ask. We replaced the ECM and it still did it. Called ParTech and they told my technician they had had a few complaints and to replace the gateway module. We replaced it yesterday and then was trying to complete the recalls it wouldn’t start to pull out of the bay and the CEL came back on.

one of the other techs wiggled the fuse box above the TCM and it restarted. Coincidence? He had no idea. I was off today and will find out in the morning and see what they did today.

Hi Bill, any new news on the CEL issues? I take mine back to the dealer tomorrow.

Still acting up. ?. We are trying to initiate a buyback. The transmission CEL comes on and it still goes into limp mode with a top speed of 45ish mph.

IMO is a wiring issue. There is probably a bent pin In a connector somewhere we just haven’t  found yet.

That's unfortunate, thanks for the update, and good luck. I'll report back with anything I find out of value. My Cel is repeatedly coming on but no limp mode and drives fine.
