Transmission issues

Recommended Posts

Hi Folks,

My 2015 6.2 8a All Terrain is giving some issues.

At steady highway speeds and light throttle position, the trucks has a cycling shudder, feels to me like the torque convertor is locking/releasing.

There is no dipstick in this model???

Is this a common fault.

Any ideas,   no sel and about 30k miles.

Thanks for the reply.

I should have stated in my original post that the truck had all the usual tranny issues when it was new.

It was flushed once and then a new torque converter and has been fine since, taking abuse and towing a good sized trailer.

What it  is doing now is different but hopefully a flush will fix it.

I hope so!

Some places (Even the dealerships) dont know the TSB exists- The Chevy dealer down the street from me stated they had to pull the TSB to give me a quote because they had not heard of it yet.

Giving the Info up front helped out with this one!
