Go down to Mexico and get one. I am from Tijuana.

Best part is that all the GMC Sierra they had at the dealership in Tijuana came with California emissions!

Can u register it here in california or in the states i purchased a 2020 gmc sierra single cab in mexico brought it to california but dont know how to register it they told me it has to clear epa

Does it have California stickers under the hood? You need to look for that. My 2019 clearly has "California Emissions" on it so it's good enough. California doesn't do safety inspections like other states though.
